Alopecia Hair Restoration
Without Surgery

Alopecia is unpredictable. It can start with a small patch and stay there, or progress to total scalp loss. Either way, your scalp stays healthy, which means it can support a custom hair system that looks and moves like your own. We work with alopecia patients at every stage, from areata to totalis to universalis, using 3D scanning, precision matching, and clinical scalp care. No surgery, no guesswork.

Understanding
Alopecia Areata

Alopecia areata affects approximately 6.6 million Americans. It's not contagious. It's not caused by stress, though stress can trigger flares. And it's not necessarily permanent. Many people regrow all their hair spontaneously. Others don't. The unpredictability is part of what makes it so difficult.

The condition typically begins with small, coin-sized patches. For some, that's it. For others, patches spread or merge. In about 10% of cases, it progresses to alopecia totalis (complete scalp loss) or universalis (all body hair).

The autoimmune attack targets the hair follicle itself, not the scalp underneath. That means your scalp remains healthy and can support high-quality hair replacements that move and feel completely natural.

Common Causes

Genetic Predisposition

Alopecia areata runs in families and often occurs alongside other autoimmune conditions like thyroid disease.

Stress And Emotional Triggers

Stress may trigger the onset or cause flares, though it's not the root cause.

Associated Conditions

Alopecia areata can coexist with thyroid disease, vitiligo, and other autoimmune conditions.

What to Expect

Your first visit is a private, no-pressure consultation. We assess your alopecia, discuss your medical treatments and goals, and explain what's possible.

We'll use 3D imaging to map your scalp, capture your hair color and texture, and design a solution that looks and feels like your own hair. Whether you're dealing with a small patch, multiple areas, or complete loss, we have answers. And we'll coordinate with your dermatologist on medical treatment if you're exploring that.

Have Questions?
We Have Answers.

  • How natural does the system look?

Indistinguishable from your own hair. We use 3D scanning and precision matching to replicate your exact color, texture, and density. People won't know unless you tell them.

  • What if my alopecia spreads while I'm wearing the system?

We adjust. If you lose more hair, we modify the system. If you want to shift to full coverage, we can do that. Your solution adapts to your changing condition.

  • Is the system painful or damaging to remaining hair?

No. We apply secure, breathable systems that don't damage remaining hair or irritate your scalp. The process is gentle, and we teach you proper care to maintain scalp health.

  • How often do I need maintenance?

Typical maintenance is every 4-6 weeks for cleaning and adjustments. Some clients come less frequently depending on their routine and how their system settles.

  • Can I keep using medical treatments alongside the system?

Absolutely. Many people continue using topical corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or JAK inhibitors while wearing a hair system. Our team can also coordinate care with your dermatologist.

  • What if I eventually decide I don't want the system?

That's completely your choice. Some clients use systems short-term while exploring medical options. Others use them long-term. No commitment required beyond the initial fit.
