Unique Hair Concepts is a private non-surgical hair restoration center in Ardsley, located in Westchester County, just 15 miles north of Midtown Manhattan. For more than thirty years, we have cared for women, men, and children experiencing hair loss.
At Unique Hair Concepts, we focus on understanding what’s happening with your hair, explaining it clearly, and guiding you toward the right path forward.

UHC was built around a simple idea: understand what's actually happening with your hair, then tell you the truth about it.
Unique Hair Concepts was built around a simple philosophy: understand the cause of hair loss, then provide honest answers.
Flora Fuentes created Unique Hair Concepts to be the center she wished existed when she began in hair restoration over 30 years ago: private, personal, and centered on the individual, not the product.
Over the years, that vision grew client by client into one of New York’s most established non-surgical hair restoration centers and the exclusive regional provider of the CRLAB CNC 3D-printed hair system.
Today, we care for women, men, and children from across the New York metropolitan area, throughout the United States, and internationally, with many new clients referred by people we have worked with before.
What has never changed is where every journey begins: a private conversation, a thorough assessment, and honest guidance about what’s possible.

Meet Flora Fuentes
Flora Fuentes is the owner of Unique Hair Concepts and one of the first people you’ll meet when you visit. With more than three decades of hands-on experience in hair restoration, she continues to personally lead consultations because she believes the first conversation sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Her approach is built on four principles:
listen, assess, educate, and recommend.

Your Private Consultation
Your first visit is a complimentary, in-person consultation.
We'll sit down together, talk through your hair loss history, your concerns, and what you're hoping for, and examine your hair and scalp using Tricotest, a clinical assessment that combines microscopic camera technology with computerized analysis to give us real data on density, scalp condition, and underlying factors.

Your Custom Plan
When you're ready to move forward, we build a plan around you. That might include:
A custom hair system designed for your scalp, hair, and lifestyle
A trichology-based prevention or maintenance program focused on scalp health and slowing hair loss
A combined approach that pairs restoration with preventative care

Ongoing Care
Most of our clients come back monthly for adjustments, cleaning, and styling. It's a chance to keep your hair looking great, and also for us to keep an eye on your scalp health over time and adjust the plan as life changes.
We'll also teach you how to care for your system and scalp at home, so you feel confident between visits.
