Daily wear toppers clip in using a comb or clip mechanism and are removed each night. This option offers maximum flexibility—you can style your natural hair underneath, experiment with different looks, and maintain the topper with simple care.

Extended wear toppers are secured with dermatologist-tested adhesive and worn continuously for several weeks at a time. This approach provides security and stability for active lifestyles and those who prefer not to manage daily application.

Toppers are made entirely from 100% human hair—either pre-made from existing stock or completely custom-made to your specifications. The base is lightweight and breathable, designed to feel natural against your scalp. Because they're made from human hair, toppers can be cut, colored, highlighted, and styled just like your own hair.

    You'll meet with us to discuss your hair loss, lifestyle, and expectations. We perform a detailed scalp analysis, evaluating hair health, scalp condition, and overall hair characteristics. Precise measurements are taken to capture your scalp's exact contours. A 3D digital model is created—this becomes the blueprint for your custom base.

  • Hair Matching & Anchoring

    Unprocessed human hair strands are individually selected to match your natural hair. Each strand is hand-anchored at the correct angle and spacing—a meticulous process that takes skill and precision.

  • Base Production in Italy

    Your scalp replica is 3D-printed at CRLAB's facility using hypoallergenic polymer. The micro-thin base is color-matched to your scalp and optimized for comfort and security.

  • Styling, Education & Ongoing Care

    Your completed system arrives at UHC, where it's custom-cut and styled to your preference. You can recreate your natural look or try something entirely new. The system is securely applied to your scalp. We teach you daily care, styling techniques, and maintenance routines so you feel confident and in control.

During your private consultation, you’ll meet with our team to discuss your hair loss pattern, lifestyle, and personal preferences. We’ll guide you in choosing the right topper whether daily or extended wear based on your needs and activity level. If you select a ready-made option, we carefully match it to your hair color, texture, and density. For custom toppers, we take precise measurements and hair samples to ensure a seamless, natural blend.

Base Fitting & Customization

Your topper is expertly fitted to your scalp for optimal comfort and security. It is then custom-cut and styled to integrate effortlessly with your existing hair or to create the new look you envision.

Application & Care Training

For daily wear, we show you how to apply and secure the topper using clips for a natural, confident finish. For extended wear, we professionally apply the dermatologist tested adhesive and provide detailed guidance on proper at home care, and maintenance.

Ongoing Support

Extended wear toppers are maintained with in-center appointments every 4–5 weeks to keep the system clean, secure, and looking its best. Daily wear toppers offer the flexibility to manage your routine independently, with our team always available for support when needed.
