You'll meet with us to discuss your hair loss, lifestyle, and expectations. We perform a detailed scalp analysis, evaluating hair health, scalp condition, and overall hair characteristics. Precise measurements are taken to capture your scalp's exact contours. A 3D digital model is created—this becomes the blueprint for your custom base.
Hair Matching & Anchoring
Unprocessed human hair strands are individually selected to match your natural hair. Each strand is hand-anchored at the correct angle and spacing—a meticulous process that takes skill and precision.
Base Production in Italy
Your scalp replica is 3D-printed at CRLAB's facility using hypoallergenic polymer. The micro-thin base is color-matched to your scalp and optimized for comfort and security.
Styling, Education & Ongoing Care
Your completed system arrives at UHC, where it's custom-cut and styled to your preference. You can recreate your natural look or try something entirely new. The system is securely applied to your scalp. We teach you daily care, styling techniques, and maintenance routines so you feel confident and in control.
Consultation & Measurement
Your experience begins with a personalized consultation where we discuss your hair loss, lifestyle, and expectations. During this time, we carefully assess your scalp and existing hair to determine whether the XTS Hair System is the right solution for you.

How durable is the XTS? Can I wear it while weightlifting or playing sports?
Yes. The XTS is specifically engineered for durability and active lifestyles. The lightweight base is strong enough to withstand rigorous training, sports, sweating, and physical demands. That said, proper maintenance (monthly visits) keeps it secure and in peak condition. If you have specific activity concerns, discuss them during your consultation so our team can ensure maximum durability for your lifestyle.
Can I style my hair however I like?
Yes. Because your XTS is made from human hair, it can be cut, styled, and maintained like natural hair. You can wear it short, longer, styled with product—whatever suits your preference. our team will show you styling options and teach you proper maintenance.
How often do I need to visit for maintenance?
Most of our male clients wearing the XTS system visit us approximately every 3 to 4 weeks for maintenance appointments (typically a 60-to-90-minute visit). During those visits, the system is re-secured and cleaned to maintain its appearance and security.
Is the XTS waterproof? Can I swim with it?
Yes, you can swim with the XTS. The system is designed to withstand water and chlorine. However, it's best to rinse with fresh water after swimming to prevent chlorine buildup. Your XTS won't be damaged by water, but fresh water rinses help maintain the hair's quality.
